As Customer or Business Unit Head, you have a position of strategic importance, where you will be a member of a country Leadership Team. You will be responsible for driving hospital, primary care or in the Animal Health sector be responsible for species specific business in your country. A key component of the job is to understand and influence the relevant business environment and mechanisms. Developing and coaching your team to exceed expectations is a critical part of your job as well.


Market Access Manager

As Market Access Manager, you are responsible for making our innovations available for patients and animals in need. You will work with national decision makers and collaborate closely with the customer and business units and regional organization to ensure regional and local market access.


Nordic Brand Lead

As Nordic Brand Lead, you will be responsible for identifying brand opportunities, setting portfolio priorities and securing appropriate business plans within the Nordic cluster. You will design, develop and implement relevant Nordic marketing programs within the four Nordic markets for your respective brands/portfolios. You will be responsible for achieving set targets. Therefore, a close collaboration with the customer units in the Nordic countries is essential.

Primary Care Product Specialist

As Primary Care Product Specialist (PCPS), you are responsible for achieving targets for prioritised brands within primary care in a specific geographic area. The PCPS is responsible for visiting individual customers, and as a primary point of contact for MSD, the position is accountable for the total customer experience across brands and channels. The PCPS works closely with the Customer Unit Head/Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to ensure understanding and implementation of MSD’s brand and customer strategy. The PCPS position is an excellent entry level position if you want to make a career in MSD!


Customer Solutions Manager

As Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for securing access to our innovations through identifying customer needs aligned with MSD’s key business priorities and turning them to innovative solutions, which benefit our customers, patients and MSD. You will be heavily involved in the long term strategic planning with our key customers and stakeholders. An essential part of the job is to co-create value through developing partnerships with our key customers/stakeholders, in close collaboration with different functions within MSD.


eHealth Lead

eHealth is an extremely fast evolving area of healthcare. As eHealth Lead in MSD, you will get the opportunity to create nothing less than a healthcare revolution in your market. Partnering with relevant customers and vendors, you develop and implement technical and digital solutions addressing the need of authorities, customers and patients.


Regulatory Affairs Specialist

As Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you have full life-cycle responsibility for the therapeutic areas/products assigned to you. You ensure that the products are continuously kept updated in line with the local marketing authorization regulations, and that translation of the product information is accurate and compliant. You are also responsible for creating artwork for the products assigned to you. You stay abreast of local and international regulatory legislation, keeping your colleagues updated on upcoming changes that might affect our business or otherwise require attention.


Pharmacovigilance Specialist

As a Pharmacovigilance Specialist, your job is to ensure the safety of patients. To achieve this, you work closely with all departments in MSD locally, our business partners, the health authorities and pharmacovigilance colleagues around the world. The job puts you in contact with all aspects of local drug safety activities, including adverse event reporting, risk management, international collaboration and handling regulatory authorities.

Nordic Data Analyst

As Nordic Data Analyst, you help our business units understand and influence their markets by analysing market data and data from the MSD CRM system. Supplying an important tool for business-critical decisions, you establish regular analysis in all business areas and highlight and discuss important developments and trends with the relevant business units and the rest of the management team.


Clinical Research Manager

As Clinical Research Manager, you are accountable for attracting the right clinical trials to your country, achieving country-specific trial commitments and objectives. In addition, you build relationships and represent MSD with investigators, functional outsourcing partners and other external partners.


Nordic Multi Channel Marketing (MCM) Lead

As Nordic MCM Lead, you are responsible for developing and implementing new and innovative ways of communicating and engaging with customers through various digital channels. Together with the countries, you support development of the product marketing mix in line with product life cycle. In addition, it falls on you to evaluate and implement global digital initiatives to fully leverage the power of digital in a pharma context.


Medical Advisor

As Medical Advisor, you are our company’s scientific expert on a specific therapeutic area. You share your first line knowledge both internally and externally. Training your colleagues and healthcare professionals is one of your key tasks. You combine your medical knowledge and business understanding with thorough understanding of the landscape of stakeholders, processes and unmet medical needs. You support the commercial part of our company, and work strategically with relevant national experts and scientific leaders to help them ensure their patients get the best possible treatment.
